You've Been Instrumental in Their Success.

Are You Being Intentional About Yours?

You've spent years anticipating needs, solving problems, building relationships, and helping executives move their businesses and lives forward.

But while you've been focused on where they're going, have you stopped to consider where your own experience is taking you?

After nearly 30 years on the hiring side of the table,

I've learned what executives look for, what makes partnerships work,

and how the right seat can shape an entirely different career path.

The Executive Assistant role is not one-size-fits-all.

Neither are the women who fill it.

Find Your Fit. Focus Your Search. Fuel Your Future.

Before you decide where you want to go, understand what's possible.

  The Same Title.

Very Different Careers.

An Executive Assistant supporting a startup founder will have an entirely different role from one partnering with a global CEO or a UHNWI.

The responsibilities, relationships, environments, exposure, and future opportunities can be worlds apart.

Explore the In the C-Seat Executive Partnership Series and discover what working beside different executives can mean for your career.

The more focused you are on what you want, the easier it will be to find it.

The Job Market Has Changed. So Should Your Job Search.

A Focused Search Begins Before You Apply.

Too many job seekers begin by searching job boards, updating their résumés, and applying to anything that sounds familiar.

But a familiar title doesn’t always mean a familiar job. And being qualified for a position doesn’t mean it’s the right one for you.

Before we work on convincing someone you’re right for their seat, we’re going to make sure it’s a seat you actually want.

Not every position will be your purpose.

But Every Position Should Serve One.

I've spent nearly 30 years watching Executive Assistants dedicate their careers to making other people's lives work, often without stopping to consider what they want for themselves.

Through economic shifts, technological advances, and changes in the administrative profession, one thing has remained consistent: Career-minded EAs are intentional. They consider where they work, what they learn, who they meet, and when to make their next move. They're proactive, not reactive.

And the opportunities are changing. As AI automates routine tasks, demand for sophisticated executive partnerships continues to evolve. Growing private wealth, family offices, investment firms, global businesses, and increasingly complex personal lives are creating opportunities that go far beyond the traditional EA title.

It's easy to go where you're wanted. It's far more rewarding to choose where you want to go.

Combining my background in education with nearly 30 years recruiting for the C-Seat, I created the Focused Search Accelerator to provide the career education so many experienced EAs never received.

Through personalized, one-on-one guidance tailored to how you learn, we'll explore your possibilities, identify what you want, position your experience for the opportunities you're pursuing, and build a plan that prepares you for what's next.

For those who prefer to navigate independently, my career resources offer the tools to get started.
